To make a gift of stock to Chanticleer, please follow these instructions:

1. Notify Zachary Burgess, Director of Development, of an upcoming stock transfer by calling (415) 230-2511, or emailing him at zburgess@chanticleer.org. Because your name will not accompany the electronic transfer of shares, we need the following information to accurately acknowledge your generosity and issue a tax receipt:

2. Provide the following instructions to your financial advisor or the institution where securities are held to transfer the shares to:

Instruct your broker to enter identifying information (i.e. your name and address, phone number, account number, broker information) into the “Text Comment” field of the DTC screen.

For tax purposes, the date of your gift will be considered the date your stock reaches Chanticleer’s brokerage account.
